Montgomery, Ala.-based Capitol Container has purchased the Packaging Software Suite from Advanced Software. The program automates all plant and office aspects of a box or carton box plant, including many estimating methods, order processing, inventory, purchasing, plant data collection, scheduling, job costing, accounting and sales service, with hundreds of reports and business documents that may be printed, faxed, or e-mailed.

Additional modules include: Microsoft CRM integration, cad-cam links, request for quotes, contact marketing, e-business customer service, paperless Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), bar-coded inventory control, touch screen technology and more.
